What is Your Refund Policy?

In general, we will refund you if you accidentally purchase credits and spend at most 30 of them. Refunds are granted once per customer.

There are two scenarios in which a refund will be provided:

  1. A new order has been made (e.g. you signed up for too expensive of a plan on accident, or didn't intend to sign up at all), and you used at most 30 credits over your intended monthly limit in the first month.
  2. A subscription has been inadvertently renewed, and you used at most 30 credits of the new month.

In all cases above, you must request the refund within 48 hours of the charge. To request a refund, email [email protected].
