Sapiengraph Pricing

Depending on your plan:

• Monthly plans: you get your credits every month
• Annual plans, billed monthly: you get your credits every month
• Annual plans, billed annually: you get the full 12+2 months credits at one go immediately upon subscription of a plan

Your credits will expire at the end of each billing cycle, either every month or every year depending on your plan.

• Monthly plans: credits expire every month
• Annual plans, billed monthly: credits expire every month
• Annual plans, billed annually: credits expire every year

You can upgrade to the next higher plan and get additional credits. Plan upgrades are immediate. If no higher tiered plans are available, please email us at [email protected] so we can assist you with a custom Enterprise plan.

You will not be charged in the next billing cycle. You can keep your credits and the benefits of your subscription plan until the end of the billing cycle. At the end of the current billing cycle, your existing credits will expire.

For monthly plans, you will not be charged next month. Your credits and benefits can still be used until the last day of your monthly plan.

For annual plans, you will not be charged after the end of the twelve months. Your credits and benefits can still be used until the end of the twelve months.
For annual plans, billed monthly, you will be charged with cancellation fee for the rest of the unpaid months. Your credits and benefits can still be used until the last day of your monthly plan.

You can initiate a plan change only at the end of your plan subscription period, for monthly plans - after a month, for annual plans - after a year. Once the subscription period ends, you can initiate a plan change between annual and monthly plans, and between the different tiers of plans.
