Sapiengraph will issue you a courtesy refund once if you've accidentally purchased credits and used less than 100 of them.
Let me give you two example scenarios:
- A subscription was accidentally renewed, and you've used under 100 of the new credits issued.
- You accidentally signed up for a new subscription and used less than 100 credits.
Both of these cases would be eligible for a one-time refund.
