As mentioned in our previous post, Sapiengraph is a no-code alternative to Proxycurl. While our team boasts an engineering background and successfully engages our target audience on platforms like Github and Reddit, understanding the Sapiengraph audience poses a unique challenge. This ambiguity, however, is where opportunity thrives.

That’s why we established our presence on Pinterest last week to share Sapiengraph’s Google Sheets templates. Pinterest is a platform for people to find inspiration. According to Pinterest, 80% of Pinners have discovered a new brand or product on Pinterest - an ideal playground for a fledgling brand like Sapiengraph. What caught our attention, though, were two key observations. First, there are plenty of pins for Google Sheets templates, meaning it is a place for sharing Google Sheets templates. Second, pins do rank in Google search engine results pages (SERP). In other words, while Sapiengraph doesn’t have many keywords that rank high in Google SERP now, Pinterest might bolster our online visibility.

By establishing a Pinterest presence, we embark on a journey of discovery. Not only can we gauge the presence of our target audience, but we also lay the groundwork for potential traffic streams. Yes, it's early days, we just created our Pinterest account last Friday. But rest assured, we plan to keep optimizing it and share more pins when we roll out new templates. Stay tuned for updates on our progress – the journey has just begun.
