What is Sapiengraph's Data Freshness Guarantee?

Sapiengraph returns data with different levels of freshness, depending on the tool you're using.

For our custom Google Sheets formulas

Fresh data

Fresh data is returned for applicable formulas, only if you've enabled the Fresh Profile Scraping add-on for your Sapiengraph account.

We define fresh data as any profile scraped within 29 days. So with the add-on, we can guarantee the data's freshness within 29 days.

It does come with an extra cost, but the fresher the fruit the better it tastes! ;) Read more about our pricing plans and how to enable the Fresh Profile Scraping feature here.

Cached data

If you do not enable the add-on, there is no freshness guarantee. Data will be pulled from our Proxycurl LinkDB database instead, so the response will be as fresh as our most recent cached version.

For our Prospector tool

At the time of writing, our Sapiengraph sales Prospector is still in beta. As such, we can’t promise the freshest data for it just yet. The data is pulled from a snapshot of Proxycurl’s LinkDB dataset.
