Today, we delved into identifying Sapiengraph’s customer base to see if there are any insights regarding personas. Here’s the breakdown of the data:

Region:

Asia: 30%

North America: 30%

Europe: 40%

Industry:

Edtech: 30%

SaaS, IaaS, PaaS, EaaS: 40%

Finance: 20%

While our data pool might not be extensive, we can still make noteworthy observations. Firstly, our primary focus has been North America. However, it's intriguing to note that Sapiengraph now has more paid users from Europe, particularly non-English-speaking countries.

Another aspect to consider is the industry breakdown. Sapiengraph is a no-code alternative to Proxcycurl and aims at non-developers. Our paid users, however, are predominantly SMBs within the tech sector. This suggests that while the decision-makers purchasing Sapiengraph may not necessarily be developers, they exhibit tech savvy.

What insights can we derive from this data? It might be worth exploring which platforms European users are more active on. Additionally, regarding industries, we could pursue two approaches. One is to continue targeting the tech-savvy audience. The other goal is to develop methods that make Sapiengraph even more accessible to non-technical individuals.
